Stress, Stress and more Stress. It's part and parcel of modern life. But Anxiety and Stress related illness need not be a part of your life! Add onto that all the other stresses and strains of life and it is not difficult to see why stress is a major contributor to peoples ill health resulting in anxiety, depression and anger.

Feelings of stress can sap away our energy and vitality, leaving us with feelings of exhaustion and even depression. This is why an effective strategy for stress reduction and stress management is essential if we are to maintain our inner balance and well being.
The key aspect is whether we feel that we are in control or not. The less we feel that we are in control of our lives, the more stressful our lives become. Confidence and control are absolutely key.
