Before I was happy to keep out of the way, not wanting to bring attention to myself, always wearing black to try and hide the bulges. Now I want the world to know I’m back! I have always known that diets would never work for me. I had no will power and could never last on restricted plans. I wanted something to take away the “need to eat” all the time and let me realise when I was full. With the hypnoband system I have all that, my body tells me when to stop. I no longer suffer from heartburn, I never feel bloated and more importantly never feel hungry, just satisfied. All this from 4 sessions of hypnotherapy, brilliant.

I have gone from a total couch potato into a person who uses every opportunity to walk, I do other exercise on a regular basis and look and feel so much better in myself. My target weight is becomming a reality with every kilo lost and the closer I get, the more I want to reach it. I will have reached my target weight by my party date and can’t wait to start looking for new clothes and a new hairstyle to go with the new me.

At the beginning of this year I was looking to be a fat 40 year old, now I’m looking forward to being a fab 40 year old, and it’s all thanks to you and the hypnoband.
